Poor little Maddie took it hard. She had affectionately named the little guys, "Jack, Sophie & Sophia." They had to be named in that order and counted on your fingers, or she would make you repeat it. I tried my best not to cry in front of her, but I know she could tell how sad I was. I bought her a silly little purple wand at the dirty Barstow Main Street Station this weekend, and she came up to me waving her wand so excited: "Mommy, now I can make you pregnant again with my wand!"
What a sweet little miracle Maddie has been in my life.

When you told me about the pregnancy, my first thought was, "Maddie is even more special now."

Maddie has been a little miracle in all our lives! She is such a little spunky girl it's no wonder she beat out all the other babies!! We are thinking of you guys often. :)
Don't regret telling all of us. We are so happy to be involved in every aspect of your life. We are sad to hear, but Maddie will do for now. She is so special to all of us. We love you and will have to have another girls night soon.
I kind of went through something similar! When I got pregnant with #2 I told everyone right away. Two days after I started sharing the good news, I miscarried. People always told me not to say anything right away, but I don't care. I say if you are excited you should shout it from the rooftops. Then when things don't quite work out you have lots of friends that make you feel better and support you.

Oh Rach, I am so sorry. Maddie is so sweet and it makes me want to cry hearing about her excitement and waving her wand. Wish I could do something to make it all better! Love you, and thinking of you.

Sorry that happened, Rachel. That is really sad! I'm glad you have such a sweet little girl to help make you pregnant again. She is so fun. We'll be praying for you guys.
