This beautiful picture was taken during our three hour visit to the emergency room at UMC. I was diagnosed with the flu, a severe ear infection, and bronchitis. Maddie had a cold. I was so miserable this last week I was barely able to get out of bed and thought that surely, death would be better than this misery. Luckily the last few days I have felt much better, but my head is congested with a never ending supply of phlegm. Somehow, Josh's "superior immune system" was able to completely bypass the plague that I was cursed with.

I can't believe we had you come sign papers with us. I am sorry we had you do that but we did appreciate it. I am glad you are better.
Uh... no comment on you:) but Maddie looks so cute, like she is in deep thought. Sorry that you have bronchitis, (welcome to my life:)and sorry you had to go to UMC (you probably caught more illnesses while you waited! Hope you feel better soon!

Stacey, you are so silly. If I wasn't asking for it and ready for the insults to come flying, I wouldn't have titled it "Yes, I know I look like crap." For an entire week I didn't dress and barely moved and I had snot all over my face and my eyes were swollen shut. Seriously, crappy looking. :o)
But today I showered and dressed and look darn sexy, just to clear things up... :o)
Ohhh I know the feeling! I'm so sorry you guys were sick! I still feel a little guilty that it may have been Olivia who started that one. Hope you guys are on the mend!
