Thank goodness for Grandma, who filled in for me at the Halloween party at Maddie's preschool. I was supposed to be in charge of the lollipop ghosts, but Grandma Piggy did a fine job of replacing me.
Due to my ridiculous bedrest and trips to the hospital, my mom offered to take Maddie up to Utah to trick or treat with cousins. I was pretty sad because Halloween and trick or treating with Maddie is a big deal to me, but it turned out to be a good thing since I was hooked to an IV on Halloween. Here she is with her "twin" cousin, and they are gorgeous princesses.
And they even got to squeeze in a grandma sewing class. I still don't know how mothers do it without having their own mothers around. Grandmas are a blessing!

In the hospital hooked to an IV?? That totally bites! I hope you are feeling alright and that you can stay out of the hospital for a while! Also, wigs as part of little girl Halloween costumes = really awesome. Natalie had one this year too, and I kept hoping she'd lose it or something.
An IV!? UGh. I hope you are ok now!! Promise me that next time you are in Utah county you'll let me know. i really would love to see you, even if it's for 2 minutes!(I know you weren't here, but it reminded me that I always miss you when you come visit)

Happy Halloween you guys! And Happy Anniversary! I know both are late, but I've been terrible about the whole blogging thing. Hope we can see you when we go down to Vegas for Thanksgiving. Hang in there with the whole bed rest thing. Let me know if you want some Krispie Kremes :)
