Heaven Help Us

There is a strong possibility that Josh and I will not survive the naming of this baby boy. He loves it, I hate it. I love it, he hates it. Somehow we both came out alive when we named Charlie.....but just barely.

Also, I started feeling the baby flopping around. It is a huge relief because as much as I don't want to think this way - I am always a little bit certain that he isn't going to be healthy and live. I know. I know. There are absolutely no signs of this. Everything is going great. It's just my post traumatic stress disorder.

Please feel free to leave baby boy names. I don't like weird spellings. Josh doesn't like anything. Those are the parameters.  :o)

Good luck with the naming! That part can be tough. We were the same way with boy names. It was quite literally the last minute when we had to submit their birth certificate information that we finally agreed on Westley's name.

How frustrating! John and I had a really hard time with names as well! Here are a few I like: Benjamin, jack, Henry. Good luck!!

I saw a blog post on naming boys just the other day:

And I'm with you--no weird spellings. Why curse your kid for life by making them spell their name out for the rest of eternity?

Macy would've been Max. Kate or Meg would've been Will. Amy would've been Rex. Now we have a fish named Rex. Almost the same, right? :) Good luck!

Um, what does Maddie have to say about all this?? :) Pretty sure she wouldn't like you overriding her baby naming powers!

Max and Will were alternates for Miles. Names are always so hard to agree on!

We have a friend that recently used Theodore and they call him Teddy. I love it! Also I just started liking the name Van. Oh and we like Rusty too.
Good luck, boys names were so hard for us to agree on too, it was not a fun process! Girl names on the other hand are fun so hopefully I'll get to have one someday =)
