Something miraculous just happened recently. Suddenly, Jack stopped looking at Maddie like she was a bossy, big girl who grabbed him right before he did naughty, fun things and said "no" a lot. And Maddie stopped looking at Jack like he was an evil attention stealer who broke her toys and made messes everywhere. Suddenly, almost over night, they realized that they were best friends. Ohhh! My heart melts!
